Hi, Jason's is not as good ,IMHO, as Aubrey's. Aubrey's doesn't use the sodium laurel/laureth detergent - in fact, he has an interesting book about the evils of the usual shampoo and skin care ingredients. such as the detergents and mineral oils. Of course, he wants you to buy his products, but they really are quite good, especially at times when you have a lot of damage or dryness.
