Sincemy : : hair may be too damaged for the weight of traditional henna... : : : : would mixing the powder with a regular conditioner work as a : (albeit : : wash-out and temporary) color depositing conditioning rinse? : : : : Again if this is ridiculously stupid i apologize!-Mel : I "read somewhere" that using a conditioner AFTER rinsing the henna out helps to get out the little grainy stuff that's hard to get out ordinarily. I usually wash my hair with a natural herbal shampoo, then add some Suave herbal rinse. This helps remove the grains. My hair feels more "seeled" than if I just rinse it without conditioner. I think your idea is worth a try...but I think I would "strand test" it first. My color lasts 8 weeks, but when I have that pesky root line, I recolor the same way. : No! no question is stupid, this is how we learn, and how we learn : from one another. You may have a great idea there! In any case, it : cant hurt to try right? If it doesnt work, you are only out of a bit : of henna no harm done. I personally think its a great idea, and may : try that myself.:) : Valerie
