There have been several medical papers on Cassia Obovata and Cassia Alata as pastes to apply on skin diseases. Impressive results! I put Cassia paste on my arm, and my skin felt nice afterwards, but that's not a lot to go on. Its anti-fungal. Chrysophanic acid seems to do a wonder on psoriasia and fungal infestations according to medical papers. See link below.
