Hair henna and pregnancy

I recently used henna to dye my hair since i heard regular dye is
not good for the baby. But after looking on this site, my henna dye
did contain lime oil. Would that hurt my baby since I used it on my
hair? I'm not in my third trimester only second. I'm a little
freaked out now, I thought henna was safe to use.
