Storing Henna until use

Hello again. I've got another question...how do you store henna until
you use it? I want to do my hair in about 3 weeks when I go on
vacation. If I ordered the henna now from Catherine, will it be good
in 3 weeks and how do I store it until then? I'm guessing air tight
container (ziploc baggy??), kind of dark area (not in the sun), room
temp??

I know from reading other posts that I could make it, freeze it, and
then use it almost immediately after thawing. But, I sense this is
not the preferred method of using henna.

Did my hair tests today. Three to four weeks after coloring my hair
and no frog butt green! I tried all possible combinations of henna,
lemon, cloves, coffee and I really like the color from all four
together...nice red. Can't wait to do it for real, but I want to make
sure I don't shoot myself in the foot before I try by ruining the
henna. Thanks for the help!
