Hi Anna,

My name is also Anna and I've had the exact same problems that you're
experiencing before! Check out my messages with Meg and Catherine
and you should get better results (they should be listed on this same
page). Yes, the quality of the henna is the first and foremost
problem. There are also other ways to remedy the problem of stubborn
grays.
