I can't say that henna will make your hair regrow, nor can I say thatabout cassia obovata ... becuase that would get me in hell with the
FDA and suchlike. However .......... I DO keep hearing encouraging
things from people.
From what I read, under the right conditions, follicles will start
producing hair again, and melanocytes can start producing melanin
again....
