I find that I always get some dye residue on my scalp, in part
because I sleep with the henna on. The good news is that, for me, it
washes off as soon as I shampoo, with only a very faint hint of
orange, if any. As to your questions about the body art henna, I have
not yet used it, so I can't speak about it. I'm not sure if how one
terps the mix may have anything to do with how it affects the scalp,
but hope we find out.
