Cassia and T-Gel question

I've got a 7-year-old child with some kind of psoriasis, eczema, or
cradle cap type condition on the top of her head. I have been using
T-gel on her about 4 times and it seems to be getting better with just
a few patches left.

I bought some Cassia from Catherine and want to use that on her with
the hope her scalp will be healthier. She had this condition once as
a baby.

My question? Do you think there is any chance of a reaction between
the T-Gel(with coal tar) and Cassia? Should I wait until the
condition is 100% gone before using Cassia? Can you treat with both?
