My scalp condition prior to henna was painful. Since I come from a
family plagued w/exzema and psoriasis I figured it was a life long
malady.I tried herbal oil treatments for years to get it under
control. Since I dyed my hair for years I did not think the hair dye
was a major contributer to it since I suffer on my body skin as well
w/ psoriasis but "peanut oil" cures most of that for me. Since Henna
my scalp has never, I mean never been better. It has been a
blessing...I would just be careful using too strong an acid base on
the scalp at first until it adjust to the Henna "treatments"..

bright blessings to all!

I have a large patch of psoriasis at the base of my scalp. My
: homeopath and I are working on it, but I was wondering if anyone
: else had any experience with henna (or even cassia) helping (or
: maybe worsening) scalp conditions.
