I use the medium-thickness rubber gloves, I guess they're cleaning gloves?
Sometimes I see other people use them when they clean bathrooms or wash dishes ...
they're thin enough to be flexible but much thicker than the transparent plastic ones
... they don't leak at all, they go up mid-forearm, and are re-useable.
