Was just going to agree. As far as I've read, lighter shades have
less PPD than darker shades, but they all have a little bit (I
think). If you're just using bleach to get blonde, though, it is
safe on a chemical level, though it's harsh on the hair itself and
the scalp if you get bleach on it.
