I have been so frustrated with not getting the color I wanted and
having damaged hair that I eventually gave it up altogether. So
yeah, their marketing ploy worked on me cause they made it sound easy
and mistake-proof. Yes, it was easy but did I get the black cherry
wine colored hair? Not even close!
