The henna keeps my ends really healthy. However my hair is maybe 6-7
inches at the longest and maybe 1-2 inches in the back. I like it
short and spiky so I have to do "maintance" cuts every 4-6 weeks.

My experience cutting lamina's long locks is you just trim it when you
need it - which won't be too many times a year if you're hennaing.
