I've not had the same problem. I wrap a turban on my head as a final
step after molding my hair (which is quite long enough for that
now!) into a bit of a "bun" and covering it with a good double warp
of plastic around it and over the top. Other than the pillowcase
(which I put over the regular pillowcase) I've not had any stains
nor ruined any sheets.
