Gloss Mix question

Hi everyone,

After a friend of mine mentioned how she loved her henna'd hair, I
decided to go ahead and do it as well. I don't feel like going
straight to a very red color, but I like the idea of light tinting so
I decided to use Fia's Gloss mix.

I just bought some Henna today (a friend of mine pointed me to an
Indian grocer that had Henna). I'm thinking that the power is pure as
the ingrediant is simply Henna (nothing else) and it is imported from
India. It was extremely inexpensive at only $2.00 for a 200G bag,
which makes me worry that it might be a bit old, but it smells
alright. So far I've mixed up about 2 1/2 tablespoons of the Henna
with lemon juice and some lavender oil I have.

Getting to the question though... I was wondering if anyone could give
me some hints as to how much yoghurt to mix in. Right now I have
about a 1/3rd of a cup of henna paste and my hair only goes down to my
shoulders, I'm afraid that I might put in too much and then it would
drip everywhere. If anyone can help me I'd be grateful.
