Hennalucent...good or bad

I found this web site looking for the truth about henna. I have been
using Hennalucent and saw a brief mention of it in the forum. The
ingredients on the box list lawsonia inermis along with other natural
ingredients (to produce shades other than red). I am using "Sunset
Glow". Is this a bad product, or can I continue to use it without
harming my hair. Will it have the benefits of other henna products?
