Question about Cassia...

I'm sure this has been asked before, but I can't find it so sorry for
the duplication. My mother and sister love the way my hair looks from
a conditioning standpoint. Neither wants to be a beautiful red head
(thankfully, their lunacy doesn't extend to me LOL!!) but they would
like to have better conditioned hair as one uses permanent dye to be
blonde and the other gets her hair streaked with blonde at her hair
dressers. The three of us started out with dark blond/really light
brown hair.

My first question is this...can they use Cassia obovata on dyed hair?
On the FAQ page, it says you mix with water so I'm not immediately
catching an acid/base problem vibe like henna/dye might cause. I'd
love to surprise them both with Cassia from Santa and want to make
sure first.

My second question...can they just use their boxed dyes/streaks after
the Cassia without incident?

Just not sure if natural and chemical can be intermixed like this.
