Thanks for the input, krazee and Alison... I think I'll go for it. My
hair sounds like yours, Alison, and I have been having troubles with
thinning in the last few years, but these tangles are definitely
pulling out more hair than I might otherwise lose (I think stress and
a bit of nutritional trouble -- I'm going to try the silica mentioned
here, and ask my doctor about vitamin B, and see if that helps). I'm
another of those people who's been dyeing their hair for fifteen
years, who started out with much better hair than I have now. I hope
it's not too late for me to mend my ways.
