That said, yes, you can henna over it and you'll get a deeper and deeper red color the more you henna. I'm experimenting with indigo, and it definitely makes my hair dark, but I want it to be a dark brown, and I can't seem to achieve that. As far as body hair goes, I'm sure you could henna it if it really bothers you. I haven't done that because I don't care enough nor have enough time to do it. One other thing--I couldn't tell from your email whether you're male or female. If you're male, I gotta tell you that my youngest brother (now 28), never cared about his VERY grey head, and has been proud of it since he was young. Some of the most attractive people I know of (male and female) have grey hair, and I'm planning on letting mine go by the time I'm 40...it's all in how you carry yourself! good luck...
