Under interior lighting, my hennaed dark auburn hair was seeming more brown after
several washings.

Wanting more of a rich reddish brown I tried paprika (1/8 c.). It worked making the brown
a nicer ‘irish setter’ shade even under artificial light.

This was only my 2nd application of henna, I’m still experimenting myself. Being a bit
timid I try anything new starting with a smaller quantity. I was worried it may turn too
shocking with paprika but the effect was subtle giving the perfect boost of red I wanted.
