Senna is not the same as henna. Not even close.
Henna is Lawsonia inermis.
Senna may ... or may not be (depending on who's doing the labeling)
.... Cassia (about 400 different species).
I suspect they're using Senna Pods which is one of the Cassia species
.. which is a laxative.
