How short a time can I have the henna on & still get conditioning
effects? Especially when I'm using only a tiny amount of henna (as I

Another thing: I fully intend to do a strand test before I cover my
head in the stuff, but if I mix up a full batch of it & strand test
out of that, won't the rest of it get stronger as it stands and give
me a different result? Should I mix up a seperate, tiny batch for
testing (but then how will I know the proportions are the same in
the larger batch)?

And can I mix cassia obovata in with a tiny bit of henna for a
gloss? Like, mix up the henna, mix up the cassia seperately, mix
together, apply?
