weird experience

so! i tried out fia's gel mix, but with a carageenan substitute for
pectin- and it jelled well, at first. it went into my hair smoothly,
and stayed there- no drips. then, when i got up this morning, tiny
rivulets of henna liquid ran down my neck, back, and forhead the
moment i sat up! i mean, it was really FLOWING! i ran to the shower,
and cleaned up the mess. my hair turned out GORGEOUS- so red, so
shiny, and so smooth- it was unbelievable- even when i've henna'ed
before it hasn't been that nice. but it was strange- and the mix,
which i managed to get all over my hands, burned slightly on the
places where i have dry skin. i am glad it worked out so well,
though!!
