Yes all that is right, as long as your house is around 68-70 degrees.
If it hasn't released in 24 hours you can put the bowl in warm water
or over heater to rush it a little.

If you think you will have leftovers for freezing, save it before you
add the indigo because the indigo will be dead the next time but the
henna should still be good.

Another hint if you are trying to cover grey is to start at the bottom
and do the top of your head and hairline last. If you start from the
top the part around your roots dries on the hair shaft from air
exposure and oxidizes a bit before you finish and saran wrap it and
won't cover as well.
