I just chuck the whole regular sized spice container of ground clovesinto the henna paste and then apply to head. My plumbing does not
appear to have any difficulty with it. It does lead me to think about
dissolving/brewing in a small amount of hot water then filtering with
a coffee filter when cool though. I had never thought of that...it
does feel a bit gritty on the head and when rinsing out the way I do
it. I LOVE the cloves, makes my hair smell like cloves when it gets
wet for 2-3 weeks after doing it.
