I think alma goes black, black and people use it with indigo.

If you like red hair I am sure you will be able to fine tune a shade
that works for you.

Good luck on Weds. Has your hair dresser applied henna before? I am
amazed you convinced him/her to do it. Since you are getting your
hair cut, take a few samples for future strand tests before you go. I
scotch tape the cut ends together and mark them with a sharpie. I get
a better feel for the color than with hair in the brush.
