While my indigo was a flop the henna/amla continues to darken and
the gray is blending well enough that it looks natural. When I get
my fresh indigo from Catherine I will try again, but next time I
henna I will just include the indigo in the henna and amla. Just
maybe I can do all of this in one step if I use the salt and sugars
suggested by Iris. I have fruit sugar on hand. I will try it
first. Anyway, the fun of it all.
