how to start a bussiness?

I have discovered henna not a long time ago, last year I think, but I
was fascinated by it, and it seems that here in my coutry, Romania,
people don't know very much about it. So of course, they don't use it
very much.

I think it would be a very good thing starting a business of this
sort around here. I would just like to know more about it, I'd like
to know what steps I have to follow in order to start this business:
what do i need,where i can get it from and maybe how much would I
lhave to invest to begin with.
