Last I did a quick project on that for a class, there is nowhere inthe continental US that is good for body art quality henna.
Everywhere either has winters too cold, or too much percipitation.
The inland deserts get cold nights, and the places without cold nights
(Key West and such) are damp. They'll grow henna, but they won't grow
GREAT henna.
Somewhere in Mexico might do, perhaps Yucutan.
