"car ca deh" ??

hello all.

i live in a diverse neighborhood and every once in a while my local
supermarket will put some interesting things on their shelves.

today i found a container full of what looks like dried red flowers
and the label said "car ca deh"... does anyone know what this is?

i was hoping it was hibiscus flowers or other type of flower that
would give a nice color if put into hair.
