Neutral Henna ...

I'd like to know if I use Neutral Henna as a first time (cause I
want to try without color first only to regulate my greasy thin
hair), will I be able to use blond Henna over it if I'd like to have
some shine in my medium blond hair? or will I have to wait a long
period of time?

I would have another question, I've seen a color named "wheat germ
blond" that is a beautiful pale ash blond (without any yellow in
it), is that color possibly natural? or full of chemical?
