I do it safely every month. Well, actually, I usually highlight
before I henna (I like to think the henna helps heal the damaged hair
from the bleach), but I have done it henna first then bleach before
as well. Like Iris said, in the mixes section I have a full
explanation of how I do it under my second mix. Just be warned:
doing highlights is double the upkeep of henna, and more noticable
when it needs to be redone.
