I just put it on my head, then twist the excess bag opening at the
hairline, tucking it under so the hairline is nice and tight. I don't
worry about it fitting the rest of my head tightly, because I then
wrap all with a towel. The weight of the towel plus the plastic keeps
the heat close to my scalp.
