That allows for a lot of leeway! A lot of hair dye companies have
an herbal element in their ingredients, giving people the allusion
(or is it illusion, or both?)that they are giving themselves some
sort of healthful hair treatment!

I think the statement "it is free from chemical ingredients" when
PPD is listed right there is a much more serious issue, given the
bold face lie to the public, that, that truly is!
