Browner Color and Dyeing other body hair

Is it better to mix a little Indigo into the Henna mixture when
applying in order to get a browner shade of red or would strong
cofee, tamarind, red wine etc work better? Also is henna safe to use
on other body hair so the carpet matches the drapes so to speak
(sorry but I like to match,lol)? One more question, for root growth
do you do touch ups or whole head application?
