When's a good time to use Cassia?

I just did a second henna last night on my grey roots with myIndigo/Henna/Walnut mixture and have gotten even better coverage
since last time. Instead of the top of my head showing lighter than
the rest, it's well blended and even softer than before too. I'm
quite pleased. I'd still like to do extra conditioning with the
cassia though but was unsure of when it's best to do it. Will it
pull out some of the indigo in my hair if I do it too soon? I was
thinking of doing it tomorrow or maybe I should wait a week?
