I"ve seen several sorts of cosmetic thingies with amla oil .... but
seriously, just scrubbing my face with amla paste did nice! There are
plenty of medical papers that say its anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and
anti-oxidant ... and that's the basis of a lot of facial cleansers.
but just a paste of amla mixed with water scrubbed in .... nice mild
exfoliant, smells nice without being full of perfume, pleasantly like
rubbing mud all over your face ....

neet stuff!
