henna over bleached hair

Hey, well about two months ago i bleached all me hair (all four
inches of it, that is) and dyed it a bright pink. The pink gradually
fades out, but I'm left with a pale orange bleached color. I want to
dread my hair soon, and I was wondering if it's safe to use henna
over my bleached hair in order to get browny red hair for my
dreadlocks.
