Frozen Henna

I froze some left over Henna from last month. I would like to use it
this week. Anything speical I need to do with it before I use it?
Can I add ingredients to it even though it was already mixed then
frozen with just the Henna and water? I was thinking of adding lemon
to it. Does lemon lighten hair when mixed with the Henna? What does
lemon do?
