Hi Marisol, I had the same situation: dark brown chem-dyed hair,
silver roots. I wonder how long you're leaving your mix on? At first,
I was timid about it (also too used to traditional dye times) and
left it on for 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours. It wasn't until I left it on
for longer than that, and eventually overnight, that I was able to
have a suitable influence on those resistant grays. Hope this helps.

BTW, I'm not trying to blend into dark brown, I'm too lazy for that,
I'm just going over whole head w/ henna... it's all blending together
finally. But the thing about gray resistance still goes...
