Most of the natural rosy red dyes are fugitive and the purples aredamn near impossible. That's why purply RED was reserved for the
wealthy and purple was for kings. The only molecules that do that
stuff are RARE.
If the red in beets holds in hair ........ makes me wonder if the jar
has something other than plain old beets in it. Beet and the others,
in real live dying, doesn't hold up long.
