If you're hair has open keratin scales, you're going to get both more
color and more binding. People with really straight hair mostly have
tight keratin scales. People with really curly hair often have open
keratin scales.

So far I'm not persuaded that amla on its own is going to do much for
color. Its my nearly straight haired experience that I suddenly had
gorgeous waves with amla, for the first 2 washes. I want to do my
hair with amla again, but ..... em ....... as fast as I get stock in
youall buy it up. Gotta order more.
