I've used Light Mountain but not gotten that reaction. But the color I
used is red, which is just plain henna. I haven't tried indigo or cassia. I
have had a general wired feeling after hennaing, but I'm pretty sure
that's from the cloves.

Light Mountain isn't nearly as strong as Catherine's.
