I don't think Amla does much for color but I sure love what it does
for body and texture.

And .... when I use it to scrub my face ... I"d swear its like a quick
facelift. The tannins and astringents seem to take about 10 years off
wear and tear! Tight, supple, smooth, clean ....... without soaps and
alcohols. Since amla is used for tanning leather, that makes sense.
If it can stop dead stuff from falling apart, I shouldn't be surprised
it makes me look good.

Mind, after a few days after an amla scrub I look half past 50 again,
but the first day after, I can't stop patting my face! I am a hippie
vaugely-feminist who abhorrsthe the cosmetic and fashion industry
driven madness for youth, and never went in for any anti-aging skin
stuff ............. but this stuff is pretty damn cool!

Indian Gooseberries ROCK!
