Hi Jade: I just hennaed again today and my scalp, especially at the
front is pretty orangey red! I do slop henna clear down to the scalp
just because it makes my scalp healthier too. My scalp is pretty
oily, and for some reason, the color on the scalp fades a lot within
2-3 days. It is easier to live with it then! I am being honest, I
LOVE the way my hair turned out this time, but I can't wait for my
scalp to fade a little! Maybe if you have an oily scalp it will fade
from the scalp fast for you too.
