Yes, my almost 10y.o. dd is my photographer! She usually cuts off the
heads in pictures, but I tried to stress that this time it was the
HEAD we wanted, lol! I could ask my husband, but a) he thinks this is
getting a bit obsessive, and b) I really don't trust his picture
taking abilities any more than my daughter's!

I really envy people starting out with a shade of brown. I think the
highlighting properties are much more interesting than the actual
colouring possibilities. I really love the colour now, but initially
the intensity of the red was a bit overwhelming. With browns, you can
keep going towards auburn, but never have to worry about being too
orange.

Do you have 3 as well? (Or more?) I guess this recent henna-
obsession is about trying to reclaim a bit of "me" time, as well as
an image makeover, something all mums of little kids need from time
to time. Mine are (nearly)10, 6 and 10 months; the 2 oldest were my
little accomplices when I did my hair. It was kind of an event in my
house...funny.
