Diane,The three henna's in 2 days actually still made my hair soft and
shiny. OF course, I must have washed each application (except for
the last) about 5 times --- including using baking soda to try and
remove as much henna as I could. needless to say, my poor hands are
VERY dry now!
The 3rd application did negate the green tint from the 2nd. By
this time, my hair was so dark, that the orange was not so bright
and carrot-like. In the sun, I get that red/rust color that henna
always gives. Not a problem for me, as my normal hair has copper
tones to it (despite my cool complexion).
