Hyacyinth oil does exist, but it's very pricey and not really used in
aromatherapy (it's a narcotic, not the greatest effect). Similar
story for carnation. I don't think lily essential oil is around.
Rose and lavender are used a lot, yes, but rose costs a bomb and
anyone who can afford to put it in their henna must be made of money.
Lavender's used for hennaing a lot, of course, as it's a good terp,
is fairly cheap, and smells nice.

Did you mean chemical "fragrance" oils? Probably worth
distinguishing, as they have different properties (and, obviously, no
therapeutic ones, nor will they work as terps) and I think they're
diluted differently.

I use hydrosols on my hair, mainly rosemary. I have a 100ml blue
glass spray bottle, and it's great. Smells lovely and does wonders
for my hair.
