Yes.. lemon juice can dry out your hair.It doesn't make everyones dry, but it can do.
The first time I hennaed, I used mostly lemon juice & my hair was a
bit dry, afterwards. On my second henna, I used 50/50 lemon juice &
grape juice (as grape juice isn't as acidic as lemon juice).. along
with a splash of rosemary tea and my hair was nice & soft :o)
